I think he'd still need Kryptonite or a Red Sun weapon, in which case Venom is irrelevant, as that puts them on equal ground regardless. IIRC, Bane can only lift about two tons and that's with Venom, and Batman isn't nearly as beefy as he is. Superman can hold up planets, and while I know Earth has gotten very light recently due to all of the osmium fracking initiatives, that's still well over two tons.
Also, why would Batman risk getting addicted to Venom when he has access to much safer options on his part? It's an interesting hypothetical I guess, but I don't think it gives Batman enough credit regarding his own resourcefulness. Also, BTAS has a whole episode about this:
